Creaton Crafts and Gifts until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three

working days.

Tax

The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders

despatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment by-
consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

All import tax, duty and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer for international (non-uk) orders.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause, all goods are posted either

by Courier or by Royal Mail and will require a signature upon reciept. Proof of postage is always obtained.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Creaton Crafts & Gifts purchases. If for any reason you are not

completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges. Please  reuse the original packaging when

possible, and ensure all goods are returned undamaged within 7 days after you have received them.

Postage and packaging costs of return won’t be refunded unless we are to blame for sending damaged

goods or the wrong items.

All items are carefully checked before leaving us to ensure no faults are present, so faulty goods will never

be sent out. Damage may have been caused in the post, which should be visible on the outside of the

parcel. Please take time to check for parcel damage upon receipt of goods and return this along with the

unwanted goods so that we can make a damaged goods claim.
