Terms and Conditions

By using our website, making a purchase or filling out a form on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely via Paypal and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by Creaton Crafts and Gifts until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.

The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders despatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment by-
consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

All import tax, duty and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer for international (non-uk) orders.
